What counts as a booking?

A booking is counted each time you reserve a port slot through LoadLinker, regardless of whether it's for import, export, or empty container movements.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.

Do you offer support?

Standard plan includes priority phone support, while Plus and Enterprise plans get 24/7 dedicated support with progressively faster response times.

What happens if I exceed my booking limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional bookings as needed. We won't interrupt your service.

When will the Plus plan be available?
